1. Don’t just collect quotes. Sometime people know that they need to get a certain number of quotes. They collect that number and then they are baffled at the differences in the machines offered. Nail down your features and ask your salesman a lot of questions.
2. Don’t get color unless you need it. Sometimes you’ll be able to get “free upgrade to color” That sounds great! But will you be able to manage who is using that color? This is offered knowing that many businesses don’t manage their color and end up spending more with their “free upgrade”.
3. Don’t get hung up on a single feature like brand, or speed. Having a flashy feature is cool for about a day and a half, then you start wondering if it was worth the extra pile of cash you will pay for it each year.
