2. OR apply online within thirty days of purchasing your new XEROX copier. All you need to do is go to:

3. Spend about five minutes filling out a simple on-line form.

4. Send in your purchase receipts from XEROX via fax machine or email. Make sure you have a copy of your invoice, serial number, and confirmation of your trade.

5. XEROX will mail you a pre-paid shipping label. Just package up your machine and mail it XEROX.

6. Wait for about six to eight week for a rebate check to arrive in the mail.
